NATASHA SEXTON, PLA
President
Natasha Sexton serves as President and lead Landscape Architect for Sexton Design and Development in Greenville, SC. She has over 20 years of experience. Her project experience includes mixed use development, historical adaptations, urban infill developments, park and recreation facilities, residential, commercial, and industrial site development.
Natasha’s unique mix of design experience and construction knowledge allows her to create beautiful design solutions for every budget.
Jeremiah Sexton, GC
CEO
With over 12 years in the business and is a nationally certified general contractor. Jeremiah has a variety of experience in multiple development markets, including heavy industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, and institutional. Jeremiah has extensive knowledge in preconstruction planning, value engineering, cost analysis, budget forecasting, programing, design management, and project management. Jeremiah’s in depth understanding of the building process will streamline your next project experience and ensure success.
